Based in Kelso in the Scottish Borders, we are a small company specialising in finding the best mortgage and remortgage deals to suit individual needs, and can also offer competitive insurance quotes from a range of providers. We take pride in personal service and attention to detail, ensuring our clients are kept fully informed throughout the advice process. Flexible appointments are available outwith office hours if required, either in the Simply Mortgages Plus office or in your own home.

We normally charge a fee for mortgage advice; however, this will be dependent on your circumstances. Our fee is £295, which only becomes payable on completion of your mortgage.
