Since starting this treatment, my nail are so much stronger. Previously my nails would split, break and generally could not grow and because of how bad my nails were, any colour I had would at the most last a week. Now they have lasted just over 3 weeks and I only had them removed because of the growth which was showing. So pleased that my nails last so long now, the last treatment (which was number 2 I think) which was the infill is still looking good no chips only regrowth and that's good for me as I am not that careful with protecting my nails when washing up, housework or recently painting walls!!!

My "New York" nails received so many compliments! Thanks for the advise and lovely choice of colours and designs. Love the relaxing time and chat. Mel is always very patient and helpful when selecting colours and designs - and believe me - it can take some time... Always very happy with the results - highly recommended. xx

Mel did an absolutely fantastic job of my nails. Despite me being a terrible nail biter, they grew well and strong after Mel chose advises which base/top coats would suit me best. Would definitely recommend her and have done to family and friends x

Just had the ellebana lash lift and tint - all I can say is wow such a difference, also I was lucky enough to be a model for Mel’s new precision brow - I couldn’t be happier. Mel offers such a relaxed atmosphere and such natural effects. Will I return most definitely yes!!!!

I’ve been having my nails done for about a year now with Mel. I have had Gel nails done by other people over the years but was always disappointed by how quick they would chip. I would never manage to get more than a week or so before they looked a mess. This was before I was introduced to Mel and builders. Now I normally get at least a month before I need to get them done again and that’s normally because of regrowth rather than chipping.

I have just had my nails infilled yesterday and it had been 8 weeks since my last appointment!!!



If haven’t tried Mel or builder gel then I suggest you give her a go. You won’t be disappointed.

Having gone to Mel a little over three months ago with flaking, broken nails. I cannot believe the transformation! Mel recommended builders and I have now been able to grow my nails to the perfect length, more impressive is that in a busy facilities role moving furniture, fixing things, cleaning etc.. my nails are still perfect after three weeks. I would highly recommend Simply Nails and Beauty by Mel and builders for those with busy lifestyles/jobs. Try them, you won’t regret it.
