We have been inspired after tuning in to the Winter Watch on BBC 2 last night and it got us thinking about the wildlife in our own gardens. We would like to thank Isobel in the restaurant that served us today for High Tea this afternoon. We hadn't booked but she got a table made up for us. It was my parents anniversary. Isobel was so welcoming and attentive. My wee boys enjoyed a giggle with her too. Please pass our thanks onto her. ����

We visited Simpson’s Garden Centre at end of May, every thing is so lovely, and the cafe was lovely food was lovely and staff polite and helpful, might I add everyone is so very lucky to have such a lovely place like this ,we don’t have anything as lovely as this in shetland�keep up the good work your all wonderful and we look forward to we’re next visit.�

Was at your restaurant yesterday for my birthday afternoon tea, it was fantastic. The food was delicious and the lady that served us couldn't have been nicer, she was very attentive. Thank you again for making my birthday special x

Had a lovely lunch, was on my own however this did not bother me in your friendly restaurant AND must say so good to eat with no blaring background music! Thankyou. Lots to look at and browse, came away with delicious cheese after an offer to sample!

Went on Sunday for lunch very disapointed. Server was very rude considering that her job is to take order. After informing her only wanted Toasty no extras came with all. Told staff when it came they took it back put on a new plate still had crisps coleslaw attached as well as being burnt and cold, Wrap was also burnt and hard not soft as a wrap should be. Will not be going back .

The food standards is getting worse ..higher in price smaller in quantity very desapointed today staff very rude at the cafe

Half a bowl of soup for £4 25 just a plain half bowl ..not a plate under for the bread and

Half a soup and half sandwish £6 10 krazy not going back ..have pictures of r3ceipt and Soup to share with y'all ...also raw salmon and chicken in the same salad section ..cross contamination !

Well just been to Simpson's winter wonderland and Santa's grotto.....def NOT worth £40 all for 15 mins! the elves and santa kept forgetting the kids names � you are also told to refrain from taking pics and videos of the winter wonderland and grotto as they want to keep it a surprise......no wonder it's crap for what you pay! so if anyone is thinking of going or has booked don't and cancel!

Very very disappointed today. I tried to purchase one medium goldfish today, explained to the server (after she stopped staring at her phone) that I had a 160 litre tank with two small goldfish in it and I would like one of the mediums to finish the tank. I was told that “Goldfish don’t belong in tanks.....” (Ummm well what are they in the tank? ) “they need 110 litres per fish” yes well I have a 160 litre tank and a top filtration system. Nope, she was not interested, there was no way I was getting a fish. Now I’m pleased the fish are well looked after but her attitude was terrible. I have kept fish for over 20 years and I do actually know what I’m doing. I just said thanks and walked away. To cheer myself up I joined my partner and bought a couple of pressies, we waited at the empty tills to pay, no one around so headed to the customer service bit and the lady waved us off and told us to go to the tills...... she then decided to till us up. Not a pleasant experience and one I will not repeat!

Real shame, went this morning for breakfast and understand it finished at 11.30 however standard of food should be same if price is the same. Also server missed asking me if I had finished ordering and the other person I was with ended up not having any food.
