I've now got a few hours available AM on Monday and Thursday in the Moffat area and a Wednesday afternoon from 1-3pm This is due to a re shuffle to suit existing clients needs and preferences.
Do you need help to have a bath or a shower maybe once or twice a week.

I have some availability in the Lockerbie,Brydekirk and Moffat areas Moffat on a Wednesday and Thursday in particular but other areas can be flexible. Monday and Friday afternoons now available.
