How to Book Online Don't worry its very straightforward !
Computer or Laptop: If you are using a computer or laptop - just go to the top right hand side yellow box that says Book Now. You need to register with your name and email address initially - this takes a couple of minutes, then you are all set up for the next 12 months as we keep your waiver on file. Then just select general jump and follow the onscreen instructions to book and pay. If you do it 48 hours before you v...isit, you receive a discount.
Phone: If you are using a phone, its the top left hand side of the screen - the icon that looks like a ticket. Use the same procedure - register first (only on your first time) then proceed to book.

To take away the asn sessions during the summer because yous are ŌĆ£too busyŌĆØ is disgraceful and shameful. Penalising special needs customers is terrible and IŌĆÖm not sure why yous would think they donŌĆÖt deserve to have a good summer like everyone else. Jus once a week, all year round would be great -a few hours is all we ask. I hope this would eventually change in the near future

Since the above review was written I have completely changed my mind on how I feel about jumpstation-they have went out of their way to rectify the above situation and went over and beyond in turning things round. We attended their first closed event for special needs kids today and I could not fault the staff who were all there to help out and made sure that everyone had a fab time. It was a safe environment for everyone and we look forward to their next event. Thanks again for the staffs hard work towards making sure that this was a successful day.

Fantastic day out for all the family we had a group o 12 ages from 4 up to 40something ­¤ż½ and we all had a blast! An hour passes so quick when your playing dodge ball, dual on the foam Pitts and trampoline to your hearts content. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived for an early start 10am to 11am so it wasnŌĆÖt busy probably the best time to go. Would recommend and defiantly be back

Booked for a group of 30 children to jump, and a 'party room' for the adults to enjoy refreshments and a blether. Everything was really good on the day and everyone enjoyed the whole evening. I must give a special mention to Dean and Nick for being great with the group and even having a dance off competition with them. Dean was AMAZING and looked after the group really well throughout our whole time there. Many thanks... We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend as a fun activity for a group.

Prefer it to the new one in Edinburgh at Fountainpark as itŌĆÖs bigger , more seating , spacious etc and my kids say the trampolines are better .

However , I do feel standards have slipped a bit since it first opened . Cafe area a bit tatty looking and toilets are not great .

Seems to be quite a change of staff aswell , and not so friendly as before .

But on the whole , great place for the kids to burn off some energy and have fun .
