Do not use Singletrack. Paid for next day delivery, Did not arrive, recieved email later advising half of my order is unavailable ( they displayed in stock when I purchased) Still have not received either of my orders. No reply via email or call. Do not use Singletrack, they will take your money without reply. Worst Cycle retailer i've used.

they have the random little things that chainreactions dont always carry but hoooooly hell is dispatch slow. i paid for 1st class delivery and totally wasted my money as they took till thursday evening to dispatch it even though i ordered on monday... 2 days dispatch... yeah right. and then 1-2 days shipping? well that doesnt really matter when there is a weekend in between day 1 and day 2...

once you get about 3 pages deep the website starts to look old fasioned and becomes less user friendly, the payment system is nowhere near as streamlined and easy as it could be.

its just not very good in this day and age

Same day service as it is a local shop.
No booking required.
Hate having to make and appointment and having to wait a few days to get it back.
will definitely be returning when further work needs done.
