At heart we are a community club, not all, in fact most students don't fight, the student body consists of a variety of individuals from all backgrounds training for a diverse set of reasons from weight loss, confidence, fitness self defense etc, so whether training for fights or not our ambition is to help you achieve yours.

We work in partnership with a wide range of gyms not just across Scotland but also England , Europe and worldwide.

We have a fully equipped purpose built gym in Hamilton, which caters for all ages from 8 years upwards, a great team dedicated and professional, an ethos of hard work and respect.

RTG 10, we have 6 of our guys fighting on one night, they are training like beasts and looking forward to the challenge. Be good to have a big crowd behind them, make some noise and have a great night out. Tix available from the gym Adults £30, Kids £20.

Young James actually smiling after lifting the Scottish title on Saturday night, was a convincing performance, he has made it through without injury and will now be representing this Saturday at the British open in Linwood.

Another Fightet matched for the Revolution show on the 23rd Feb, wee James MacKenzie fighting FTR for the Sottish Strap. Thats both James and Rebecca Richardson fighting FTR. We have limited tickets in the gym.

Great 1st week back at The Casa, all the classes busy, some new faces and some old faces i haven't seen in a while, place was jumping and a lot of hard work done. The Friday S&C circuits started back and pretty much smashed everyone ha ha, looking forward to Sunday to do it all again.
