Sizzlers Ice Cream Parlour

Waited over 2hrs for delivery & Curry Sauce was like a big bowl of watery grease...Wont order again..SHOCKING!!!!!

me and friends had order a simple order 3 cookie doughs and 4 slush puppy's. After waiting 2 hours and a half they finally showed up with the wrong order they have us 2 Cookie doughs 3 slushes and a box of Indian food. We stated to the man this was the wrong order and we had already paid he sad he will go back and get us a full new order. We listened and waited another hour for the man to show up. He did, with only 2 other cookie dough and no slushie. obviously we were very angry and called again where he said the parlour is very busy and it's " not their fault ". Absaloutly outaigous and never ordering from them again.

I have no words it was so bad. I usually enjoy the food however delivery time is always appalling. I phoned to confirm a delivery time as have paid by card via justeat and was given a lot of cheek from whoever answered the phone. I ordered roughly an hour ago however was argued against saying it was not even 20 minutes since my order was placed . Disgraceful customer service, was told order would be sent out...let’s see how long this takes.

I've ordered from this place a few times and each time the deserts have been lovely but took a long time to come. I ordered 4 ice blasts and 2 deserts at 9:10 and didn't recieve our order until 10:30. They explained that it had been busy that night but when the delivery came the driver was rude and didn't seem to care that our order had taken so long. Each ice blast was horrible and frozen with barely any juice and the deserts were cold and hard with the ice cream all melted. I won't be ordering from here again.

Placed an order through just eat didn't receive rice with the curry although it Was ordered phone to complain girl was extremely rude ended up hanging up on her as she didnt want to listen then when bring the rest of the order out the bag it was cold called again I will assume the person I spoke to was either a manager or owner his customer service was worse than the girl before hand there was no offer to amend my issues and there was a lot of cash spent. This place was recommended to me however if I'm honest I would advise people not to use it as you wait to long for your order and then it's cold when it arrives not to mention they wouldn't know good customer service if it bit them on the face.

Normally my food and service from here is fantastic but was extremely disappointed tonight. My chicken korma calzone is completely burnt to crisp and a complete waste of £11. Unable to eat it. Will not be retuning as this was a terrible experience.

Delivery over an hour late and order was wrong when arrived.
Food is good but plenty other takeaways just as good with better service.
