Small group fitness sessions are becoming increasingly popular both in the UK and the United States. We specialise in groups of 2-4 people from our own studio. Small Group sessions allow you to work out and train with a friend or group of friends.
Results Based Fitness Programme
Sign up to our results based programme and you will receive a 30 minute free consultation, followed by a 6 week training programme where we will help with fitness goals, programming, and look at how to manage your lifestyle and diet to reach your goals.
