My mum went there for laser hair removal. They laughed as they would put the laser up v.high to deliberately cause a lot of pain. They also put the word prostitute next to her name. THE'RE saying if you want laser hair removal then your a tart. Disgusting. My mum not the only victim. My mum has skin discoloration on her body. My mum did not go back to finish the expensive treatments that she paid for in advance.

Very happy with my treatment. Staff all very friendly and Doctor helped me a great deal. All in all a great experience at Glasgow clinic. Would highly recommend.

I had a peel here several years ago. As a result I got a huge acne cyst they tried to clear with IPL. Nice scar years on. I've had problems with my skin ever since. Never even had spots before that peel.

I do not recommend this place ONE bit. went to get some help with break outs. acne. They gave me product that made it worse and the skin peel wasn't helpful. yes they say you need to allow things to settle for it
, to work. But this did not happen for me and things only got heavier. SINCE I HAVE completely trashed everything and stopped going there i Only use a hydration serum from Mabel & Meg and all my spots has gone and even the scars are so much less visible.

Just finished 6 sysilic acid face peels. (Not sure on the spelling of sysilic) anyways the girls are all very nice but the treatments in my case did not work the way I wanted, nothing really changed. I tried asking what I could do to remove the red acne scars and never got much of an answer. There products are all overly expensive and when I look online at the same products from other companies they are way cheaper. Example they sell the helocare oil free gel SPF50 sun cream for £29:50 and when I check another site the cheapest was £15:39, as I say the girls are nice enough but I wouldn't go for treatment again at this place,

Very bad experience!! they don't respect others time!

Called for a tattoo removal consultation and was asked for money just to book it, which would then be deducted from my treatment if I went ahead with it. I phoned three other reputable places who told me to just pop in for a free consultation and quote. Con artists.

Had a awful threatening call from the accounts department demanding a payment for a "free consultation" was not informed of a payment and nor was i charged and now they are chasing for a payment. When i asked the ladies name she told me i didnt need to know and "never mind". She also told me calls were recorded hope her boss hears that conversation totally unprofessional i would say a warning would be in order. Be very careful as they are threatening, demanding and rude! Also got this call at 8pm ridiculous
