I am currently attending sk:n to remove my tattoos and have only been for one session out of four. My consultation was very reassuring and put my mind at ease. The staff were very friendly and approachable to ask questions. The senior practitioners who have been treating my skin have been incredible. They are really lovely and so easy to talk to! I don't particularly enjoy my skin getting lasered, but knowing I am in a safe and friendly environment puts me in a very comfortable position. I cannot commend them highly enough!

So far I have been for my consultation and 5/8 laser hair removal treatments - every time I have had great service, felt very welcomed and well-informed by the staff, and had no issues with the treatment itself. This clinic was recommended to me by a colleague who had had a great experience with laser hair removal treatment, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone else having now been myself.

A bit like a cattle market - Dr always behind with appointments and thus rushes treatment to try and catch up

I have done 2/6 of the Solaz treatment, and my third treatment is cancelled due to absense of staff before my sun holiday and now when I come back from holiday, the staff postponed my treatment again for the reason which has not told me before! (I have to wait another 14 days for the third one, which is quite annoying since I will leave U.K. and probably won't coming back. It is a shame to have a such awful treatment schedule here in Edinburgh.)

Awful. Turned up, got some random laser doctor which I never booked, make to wait, doc was late. Terrible and unprofessional.

I attended treatments here a few years ago when Sally was there'.
When she left it went downhill and prices went up
I had a run in with a so called manager she started talking down to me with this evil look in her eyes behind her glasses , she was so unprofessional .

Complained to head office they knew exactly who I was talking about but Done nothing and she still works there . They lost my business after that and never returned .

I go to another place in Edinburgh far more professional and don't blame the customer for there mistakes !
