A brand-new festival is arriving in the Isle of Skye this summer. The Spirit of Skye brings together Scotland’s finest whisky, gin, beer, music and food. Featuring major drinks brands, local experts, creative masterclasses, ceilidhs, live music, local produce and Scotland's finest chefs. 2pm today The Three Chimneys Head Chef Scott Davies will be cooking up a storm in his demo! On the menu Skye sea’, Seared scallops, pickled mussels, langoustines, crab, seaweeds & dashi, with Orbost herbs and potatoes. Fantastic chance to see this wonderful chef in action.
