We visited yesterday with my two nephews, one of whom has additional support needs and requires support whilst on the trampoline. One of the crew members (I'm annoyed with myself that I didn't get her name) was very helpful in getting it ok'd for me to go on with him, when the usual rule is only 1 per trampoline. He attends rebound therapy and gets a lot out of many aspects of being on the trampoline but cannot do it independently so I'm so thankful for the understanding of the staff to allow him to enjoy the experience like others do. As well as this, the lady on reception was so helpful when we missed our booked slot due to traffic jams and the madness of finding a parking space (that's my only issue!). She got us booked in to the next slot and could see we were slightly harassed so as a wee gesture of kindness she gave us some socks for free. I will definitely be back and will be recommending you to others.

User

This was my first time and more was involved than just jumping on a trampoline , it involved excersises lots of cardio and all done on the trampoline , I was at the training class at night ,it was good fun though , sweat I must have lost about 3lb lol a bit sore today but Iā€™m booked in for nx week so not that bad

User

The staff here are fantastic with the kids! We go several times a week and every time we go the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Went to the neon night tonight and it was such a laugh! Kids and adults had a ball! The Easter bunny was a nice touch ļæ½

User

I was here yesterday my kids love it and we will be back the only issue I have is lack of seating areas I would get square tables instead of round ones I would take away the sofas put square tables there and have a separate area for the birthday party etc plus ladies toilets only one had a light in one toilet couldn't use the other one no light and the cleaner needs to check toliets more often .

User

I want to thank you so much for allowing us to have our sons birthday party during the support Sunday session this morning. I was really nervous about finding a party venue that would suit him and his friends. They all had a fantastic time and it really helped that it wasn't too busy for them and also that we could see where they were at all times. Special thanks to the lady who was manning the airbag, she was absolutely brilliant with the children. Thank you!

User

Went yesterday morning with 5 kids. They had a ball. Only issue we had was we ordered food but it wasn't until after we had paid and Sat back down someone came over and told us food wasn't sold until 11am. (we were there for 10am). Also think with having the membership cards which is great do the kids really need to sit through the safety video every time?

User

We really like Sky High and the membership makes it good value for money, especially during the holidays. The parking situation is really bad, we got blocked in the other day and sometimes it's impossible to get in or out without the potential to clip another car due to some really bad parking from others.

I also feel there could be more space for tables and chairs, it fills up quickly during the day and people take chairs from other tables which means some tables have no chairs at all.

User

Staff were all lovely and helpful , kids loved the trampoline park , safety briefing was a nice touch only down side from my opinion was the car park was full and even being a mobility badge holder had to walk miles in to the place . So wasnā€™t to keen on that .

User

Really good time here today. My son had a great time jumping at the neon party and the staff were great. Nice touch having the face painting too. It was unfortunate it was so busy when we first arrived however thatā€™s probably to be expected. We have a membership now so will definitely be back regularly. Itā€™s great for those kids who are a bit old for soft play but too young for bigger activities.

User

I had my daughters 7th birthday here last sat the 28th I was more than happy with the outcome the staff where very helpful and friendly and the girl who was the host for our party donā€™t know her name she had a Minnie Mouse outfit on she was brilliant canā€™t fault her one bit food was really gd aswell and my daughter and friends had a great time would recommend

User

Go once maybe twice a week as I have done the membership deal which is fab. My daughter loves it and it's great exercise for her also. Car parking and seating isn't great but because of the hour slots it rotates enough to get a seat. The staff are always helpful and pleasant and great with the kids and they cope well with the pressure of it being so busy. If my daughter is happy then I'm happy and if I had to stand for an hour whilst she jumped I'm pretty sure wouldn't do me any harm šŸ‘šŸ½

First visit with my son to autism friendly hour on sunday morning. Staff were pleasant on arrival and we were taken down to the jump area after watching the safety video. The atmosphere was relaxed and well suited to the range of kids/adults attending. My son was able to explore the different areas at his own pace which was great. Cafe area is a good size and we were served promptly. My son enjoyed the experience and would like to go back again. A great idea having autism friendly hour. Less stress for parents and carers.

User

Visited today kids had a great time on the trampolines.

Unfortunately we paid for the meal deal and this did not go to plan. The advice of reception was to order food about 10 minutes before our bounce time was up. (The centre was quiet and I couldnā€™t see many people eating).

I ordered the food as suggested including paying for a separate meal for myself. After half an hour our food didnā€™t arrive. By this point the kids were restless as 20mins had passed since they came off the trampolines and they were hungry for lunch. I spoke to a member of staff who said oh sorry the wait time for food is about half an hour but Iā€™ll go and check. It was then a further 10-15 minutes before another member of staff came to say our order hadnā€™t reached the kitchen!! I was more annoyed at that part of the wait than anything. Surely this didnā€™t take this amount of time to establish!

I asked for a refund which the member of staff was more than happy to provide and we went elsewhere for lunch an hour after expected.

Also my son fell and snapped his glasses which a member of staff observed but did not even ask if he was okay. I appreciate it wasnā€™t the fault of the centre but it would have been nice for the member of staff to at least acknowledge him when he ran past her crying!!!

User

Highly disappointed this morning.

Turned up with 3 kids, 10,9 & 2, at 10am to be advised that the first jump wasnā€™t until 10.40am to allow time for a class.

Having a class is fine and fair, everyone deserves time on the trampolines, however the reason we come in the morning is because ā€œmini jumpersā€ as my youngest is only 2.

Where is there time for the mini jumpers now?

It was far too busy and boisterous for the so called mini jumpers at 10.40am.

I pay a monthly membership which is amazing between 10-11am but didnā€™t feel that today.

Can you please advise when the mini jumpers will be.

And may I recommend that any and all information about time changes appear on your Facebook page and website

Hi guys you have a fantasy facility with some fantastic staff but seriously you need to do something about your booking system for members , I have memberships for my 3 grandchildren and it is impossible to book a slot unless you pop in . I phone 5 times on 2 separate numbers I was allowed to leave 1 voicemail I never received a reply I then filled in an enquiry form online sent it off never heard anything back , there is no facility to book on line for a member this was never explained at the time of joining today on my way in I tried to call again no answer and it did not give you the option to leave a message . On arrival I asked if they received my online message they said no I explained everything to the girl at the desk she said sometimes they are to busy to answer the phone the truth is they have never answered the phone please can you address this problem , I feel sorry for the staff who have to cover up this problem which has to be addressed by the management this is not a new problem I have experienced this for the last 3 weeks . A fantastic facility but seriously this is frustrating for the customer.

User

Front desk staff were fantastic but floor staff were atrocious! They had no control over the kids and were too busy doing their own tricks on the trampoline. Don't think it's right that the safety video is part of the hour you pay for to have bouncing. Especially when staff take so long to actually play the video. Wouldn't recommend this, would rather have the drive to Air Space or Ryze.

User

First time visit yesterday. Staff friendly enough and it seemed fairly busy. Safety briefing was a good touch and all the kids were good at sticking to the rules. Not a bad setup with the trampolines although there wasn't much for under 5's.

We bought a meal deal when we got in and when our time was up we ordered food. The kitchen didn't have any chicken which we were informed of when we arrived. I asked for a burger that was supposed to have chicken on it but asked if it could just be made with a regular beef burger. This request was refused which was disappointing. We then had to wait 50 minutes for food, not great when we have 2 very tired and hungry kids.

The sessions are timed so I'm not sure why orders aren't just taken when a meal deal is purchased and they could be ready for the end of the session. Perhaps an idea that could be implemented.

Despite having to order an alternative, the food was good when it came. Definitely above the usual standard that's on offer at these kind of places.

I would recommend this to families with kids over 5yrs. I've given this 3 stars partly for our experience and partly for the cost.

User

At sky high they told us when booking we could bring cake and cut it when waking in they told us we were not aloud to cut the cake one of the kids burst his nose on trampolines and no one was around to help him, safely area no one can hear anything thatā€™s being told as in beside everything else, the toilets are something else water everywhere my three year old child fell flat on her back the toilets were disgusting no one around to help at all the attitude from the staff is unbelievable food came was cold wen to get forks asked and she not got any sorry and walked away

User

This was my first time here and I can honestly say one of the worst experiences Iā€™ve had in a long time. The staff were so rude had no attention to customer service and obviously have no time for wee people and to be clear if you donā€™t want toddlers there please donā€™t take my money and a wet floor sign is for exactly that a wet floor not to indicate a trampoline is out of bounds complete rip off
