hate it ! if you have the option just stay away from them

This agency is a complete joke. Staff are extremely rude and obnoxious. The property management department is the worst thing about this agency, they do not respond for days/weeks on end and when they do it's with no regard. They make tennant feel like a burden and the only time they are forthcoming is when it regards finances. The 'service' they provide is non existent and both staff and managers need a strong lesson in customer service.

Utterly disgraceful agency, advisors are very rude and ignorant and from speaking to management it's no wonder their attitudes are the way they are. All this agency cares about is profit, they clearly don't have a good reputation and now I know why. Completely stressful from start to finish, took 5 months to replace a fob/microwave and had to live in a mould ridden flat with severe asthma which the agency still hadn't repaired by the end of my tenancy. I would recommend any other agency as it couldn't be any worse than this company. Advisors more concerned about the way they look than the service they are providing. Please save ur time, effort and money and stay clear of these cowboys!

I am a tenant of one of their flats and everything is good, except the maintenance department is the worst. once it took me two months to get my toilet seat replaced. and once I had my washing machine broken for a month without any serious respond from them. just imagine how horrible is it to live without cleaning the stacked clothes.

Staff were fantastic, consistently helpful and answered every question professionally. They even took time to explain things correctly to my Fiance who has dyslexia & were the nicest people I have ever dealt with. I cannot wait to rent with them again.

I have to say that Slater Hogg & Howison Lettings are a highly profesional letting agent.
They are always there to help you find a suitable place to rent in a very profesional manner. i have nothing negative to say about Slater Hogg during my search for a flat.
