***AVOID*** The worst estate agents we've had to deal with. They have been dissonest, rude and condescending. Every time we engaged it was difficult and challenging. This is how they treat people who are trying to buy your home.
We put our bid in on a property and after having to chase 4 days after the closing date we were told our offer was 'considerably out by Pat' and I was a little embarrassed as I thought that was genuinely the case. In trying to understand how far out I was told again 'considerably at this level'. The property sold for £390K. £1700 more than our offer. Just over 0.5%. I don't whose interest they have in mind, it's certainly not the buyer or the seller. Every engagement has been challenging. ***AVOID***
