I have nothing bad to say about Slater Hogg & Howison. They were great service when I purchased a property in 2006. They have been excellent letting agents since I changed to them as the letting management.
They have been polite, friendly, efficient, punctual and most importantly they give me peace of mind that if anything was to happen at my property, they have adequate resources and experience to ensure quick high quality resolution without being over priced.

We contacted Slater Hogg mid February to arrange to view a house to rent in Bonnybridge. We arranged a viewing late on the Friday afternoon after my work. We met with a young lady called Lisa. She was prompt, friendly, courteous and very helpful.
We loved the house and decided to rent it.
Throughout the whole process Lisa kept us informed of the steps and progress and, within a week, we had signed the lease on our new home. We received a very comprehensive inventory and lots of useful information regarding our house.
We moved into our new home a week later and are very happy.
Thank you Lisa for all your assistance and we would definitely recommend Slate Hogg to anyone looking to rent in the Falkirk area.

Found this company on Rightmove and arranged a viewing. I had a specific conversation with a girl named Lisa. She told me last viewing were 5pm. I explained to her that I don't get home until 5:30pm. She put me on hold and came back and said "we can do a 5:30pm on Monday"

A different lady phoned me 10 mins ago to confirm an appointment for 4:55pm. I informed her it was actually arranged for 5:30pm. She then proceeded to make me out to be a liar! I remember having this conversation with Lisa last week, but when this woman asked Lisa she lied. Absolutely unbelievable!!!

No matter what properties become available with this mob, I certainly wont be viewing it. They blatantly lied. Disgusting service! Will never ever use.
