We left our house in the capable hands, so we thought, with Slater Hogg Letting while we were in New Zealand. We found their service to be very very very poor and disappointing. Only once we made contact with them did they carry out a property inspections, they say this is done regularly, once every six months, Yet we were originally told every three months! In 20months we have only had two reports! Tennants left the property on the Thursday, they carried out an investigation on Friday we then find out our property was left unlocked all weekend. All in all a very bad experience we would never recommend them to anyone.

Moved into my new rented property on Friday, When I was looking a tried to arrange a few different viewings with Slater Hogg, and it was a mixed service, sometimes good, sometimes disappointing. However when I met Samera at the property I eventually moved into she was very clear, and very thorough on the process, and always delivered on her promises. Moving day was very slick, but also very thorough, and I have to say that Slater hogg, and especially Samera provided an excellent service. I Would definitely recommend them!

Rented out my house through Slater Hogg and it was a really good experience. Natalia and all the letting staff were incredibly helpful, they organised everything from the letting certificates required, to the smoke alarms. Made the process very easy. Highly recommended.
