About Sleat And Strath Afc
Sleat and Strath AFC of south Skye, founded in 1972 as Sleat FC and later renamed in 1987. The team used to play their matches at Kinloch in the middle of a Forestry Commission site infamous for its midges. In 2015 the club built a new pitch in Broadford.
Sleat And Strath Afc Description
The team is currently managed by DL MacKinnon who, after years of rebuilding the club, brought it the success in 2010 that they had come close to on many occasions, league champions. A success repeated in 2011 with 2 full seasons undefeated.
