Pasta is free to enjoy in unlimited amounts, and I love how I can continue to lose weight whilst the whole family eat the same meals. Just normal grub #thatfeeling

Hi everyone. I’m Rachel. know how incredibly hard it is to walk into a group for the first time. I felt every emotion and thought about turning round. I am so thankful for those brave steps because slimming world changed my life. Almost 5stone lost and feeling amazing.
