Where do I start....last night my sister sent me the photo on the right from around 15 years ago and I was mortified. I have tried every diet under the sun, you name it and I tried it. I even tried slimming world and ‘it didn’t work’ little did I know it was me that didn’t want it to work so I went back to slimming world and went on to lose 8 1/2st in ONE YEAR! Yes it’s been a rollercoaster ride since but seeing that picture last night was a wake up call! No messing about anymore, this girl will get to target! Watch this space ❤️
