Today is World Stroke Day. Along with Heart, Disease and Type 2 Diabetes, Slimming World members reduce their risk of stroke by achieving their Club 10 award. Next to target, this is the one I celebrate most in my groups - what an amazing difference you’ve made to your long term health prospects. I’ve been so proud in groups recently to have several members share that they’ve come off medication for blood pressure and diabetes - there’s just nothing better than #thatfeeling seeing people take control and change their lives.
