Prices are great staff are helpful and friendly. Was in today the free coffee machine which does cappucinos had an issue. The in house coffee machine technician was on hand and saved the day with his outstanding of this particular machine so I left with everything I needed and a roasting hot cappucino. Well done guys.

Found these guys online. Just purchased a new Cala so wanted to change all my sockets and put in new lighting. They were friendly from the start and gave me some really good advice. Only downfall was one of the lights was out of stock for a few weeks. Overall good experience

If I could give less than a 1 star I would due to the pathetic service provided by SM electrical supplies, we have been waiting for a 150mm 12v bathroom wall fan for over two weeks now and received nothing but the run around, they don't return phone calls and promise the item will be there next day after next day, today after another week of waiting have decided enough was enough and purchased they fan from a reliable online supplier, next day delivery I might add! never experience such bad service!!!!!
