Have been a tenant at smart move property for over 4 years. Never any major problems, issues addressed and dealt with quickly and stuff helpful.

1st class service George could not have done anymore would recommend them to anyone. Well done that was a smart move with a 5 star service

I have been in business with George and his team since 2006. My review is based on their ability to offer service knowledge and business returns to buy to let landlords from all over the uk and the world.

Service - if you want a truly life long scottish business partner SMARTMOVE needs a good looking into. They honestly gave me the chance to develop a long distance business whilst dealing with my daily tenant battles with regards to tenants and local government legislation chances from over 300 miles away in Birmingham. All done without any major involvement from me.

Knowledge - I'm surprised at the local knowledge and legal knowledge the team have in house. If I get a letter from any Scottish lcoal authority It's passed onto the team. They resolve within the fixed management fees offered. No questions. No extra administration for me. Thumbs up.

Business returns - let's face it things do break and repairs happen whilst tenants run away leaving landlords unpaid rent and properties to clean up. SMARTMOVE team helped ease my troubles by sourcing local qualified tradesmen at reasonable costs to address the matter. This meant less time for me surfing the net for unknown tradespeople (we all look great online...right? :-) and concentrating on making a more profitable business . You don't always like what's happened but they help you deal with it. Less stress = happy wife (or husband) and long term profitability.
