Mixed feelings about this place. First time I walked in was given a nice seat and staff were very attentive. As we enjoyed it so much we reserved a table and returned again a few weeks later. They had lost our reservation and we were given a dreadful seat by the entrance door. I would have normally refused the table but as we were going to the theatre after the meal we had to take it. Service was mediocre and the apologies half hearted. Would have been nice to be given a complimentary drink by way of a proper apology.

Decent atmosphere, average food but great for groups. Staff are friendly and everything is good value.

Good pub fayre and a decent selection of beers, wines and spirits. Food is usually served fairly quickly, I've never experienced too much of a wait. Nice outdoor seating areas at the back and front for the rare occasion the weather is good. Car park at the rear as well.

It was a lovely sunny day and we sat outside under the covered back. The food was nice and presented well. It was a nice afternoon.

Enjoyed the food. Was delicious and they showed the football.... What more can you ask for 👍🏻
