I've been going to PHIL for close on 41 years when I bought a TOPAZ ring for my girlfriend now my wife, In fact he made our wedding rings and others like eternity,initial rings and bracelets, chains. He even made a beautiful ring for our daughter Jennifer. I have taken or directed many friends, colleagues,associates to SMITH JEWELLERS and have never had any complaints.
