About Smith'S Yard
Smith’s Yard are newly built self-catering properties ideally situated on the edge of the village of Bowmore at the Centre of the island. The very spacious properties offer clean comfortable accommodation situated a few minutes’ walk from the “Main Street”, where you will find Bowmore Distillery, the MacTaggart Leisure Centre, Restaurants, shops, hotels, the tourist office and of course the historic Round Church.
The accommodation comprises of the following: Spacious sitting room with Freesat television and Wi-Fi broadband, large kitchen and dining area with integrated appliances, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dining table with seating for six and wall mounted freesat television, French doors opening into enclosed garden. One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, family bathroom and downstairs shower room.
Each house has underfloor heating linked to an air sourced heat pump. Energy costs are included in the price. We have private parking for two cars as well as an outdoor seating area. Linen and towels are provided.
