Very impressed with your customer service. I couldn't find what I was looking for and a nice man called mark checked the stock then went through a number of boxes to find item I was looking for. Thank you very much very impressed how it wasn't too much trouble

The last few times I've been in I've been struggling to find what I'm looking for, and one of your male members of staff possibly the manager has went out of his way to help me, even to the point of distracting my son whilst I bought his PS3 for his Christmas!! Really was above and beyond, nothing ever seems like a hassle to him!! Customer service at its best!! Thank you!!!

It was my daughters birthday on Sunday, she was in the store to spend her birthday money and a very kind man( possibly the store manager) noticed her birthday badge, spoke to her and went to get her a wee birthday goodie bag, she was absolutely delighted and it really was a lovely surprise. Thank you :)

I was in the store tonight to get balloons for my daughters birthday tomorrow, two young ladies were so helpful and arranged them just perfectly for me � lovely girls and a great help �️

Great service today by Dominic who helped us with buying a PS4. My boys had saved all year to buy one for themselves. They are delighted.

I would like someone to explain your return policy.



I was in you Inverness store today to return a talking woody doll once there I realised I forgot the receipt. The girl at customer service told me I can't return or exchange anything without a receipt as it is your new policy. I explained I bought it last week and left the receipt at home. She said with a lot of attitude for all she knows I could of walked into the store and took it off the shelf before going to her desk. She said once again how does she know I actually bought this? I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. I picked the toy up from the desk and said it's ok I will walk out your store with this toy and the alarm won't go off and the security guard will let me past as I walked in with this so get me a manager who will explain to me why I am refused a refund? After a lot of attitude and moaning She gave me the refund on a store card I asked again for a manager and didn't get one. I left forgetting the toy I went in for so i went back a hour later the same girl was the only one available. she put the toy through with attitude once again. The customer service I received today was disgusting I have been in and out your store a lot over the past month and have bought most of my Christmas presents from you. After getting called a thief today I will go elsewhere.
