What amazing staff! My little girl was sick and the staff could not have been more helpful! They cleaned it up straight away, gave her a clean t-shirt and a teddy for being so brave. Thank you so much for helping my little girl.

Amazing store & fantastic staff!

Was looking around on the internet for a bouncy castle for my boys, spotted one at smiths that I really liked, rushed to get there before closing and didn't make it in time, they reopened the doors just after 7 to let me but what I wanted. Brilliant customer service and they seemed happy that I made it there! Thank you, you have made 2 little boys very very happy :)

Visited this store yesterday for our sons birthday presents, good customer service, nice clean shop and well priced toys. Will be returning again and letting friends family know. ����

Today smyths held an easter event - where goodies were given out, and Mikey and Donny (teenage ninja turtles) were attending. Although the event didn't go as planned due to a massive unprecedented amount of people that turned up (goodies ran out very fast) - the staff were amazing in the face of an overpacked store with huge queues outside. I very much doubt smyths expected the thousands that descended - but they kept their cool, kept smiling and the lady in a black suit (i assume possibly the manageress) kept in control and could hear her communicating with her staff on her walkie talkie constantly. I think given the circumstances the staff did an exceptional job and i'm sure they're looking forward to getting home and putting their feet up after a manic day. Too many people are too quick to make negative comments and too many who have positive experiences forget to give their praises.

Thanks for today at the party my kids loved it and my partner won the £50 pound gift card xx

Outstanding customer service! So helpful, proactive and friendly. Asked what I was looking for and showed me where to find it, made me aware of offers on the things I was buying and didn't flinch when I messed up paying by card instead of using the gift card I had in my bag! Amazing, pleasurable experience and so very different from ToysRUs...

I went today in a rush to get some pressies and the staff there, were really helpful. One person walked me round the shop asking me what else was I looking for and took me to the next, until I'd got everything on my list. A totally stress free experience. Thank you �

I went in today with my son who has cancer and is in a wheelchair within a matter of minutes 2 staff members came over with a bag of goodies for my son and said we thought with u not bein well sum presents might cheer u up he was over the moon with his bag of toys the staff were brilliant thank you so much for making my little boys day especially as it was his bday as well xxx

Got exactly what I wanted. Staff on till very polite and friendly, questioning whether I had got everything I wanted. It was very busy and isles are quite narrow, nit as well spaced as toys r us.

Excellent customer service from ? Damien on videogames counter today. He mentioned the version of ps4 Lego ninjago I wanted (with minifigure) so came away with the edition I wanted

They are okay just my friend Chel lost her phone and would like to phone if anyone was around on tuesday or wednesday and has picked the phone up please could you message me and i will put you in touch with my friend either give the phone back or send her the memory card thanks so much

Staff not helpful in store and didn't seem to bothered

Went to buy a carseat for my 3 year old today. The woman on the car seat section was useless. After getting home and reading the instructions for the car seat we bought realised that we have got something that we don't need.
