First time I have used this company...I was very happy with the service and I would recommend...

The staff are just pretty short and rude here in my expwrience. Went here after my mum died to get photos for funeral and they didn't offwr condolances and were very objectionable. They lack customer service abilities to say the least.

The passport photo booth on campus was closed and this place was the closest to campus. It was a particularly busy day so there was a 10-15 minute wait to take photos and another 10 minute wait to get photos/pay.

The staff was professional and accommodating, the prices were fair, and the location was great.

They are very rude. I asked a young lady to print out a single PDF document from my USB pen, by mistake she printed out the entire folder in which the PDF doc was saved and instead of apologizing for the mistake she become inexplicably aggressive and held me responsible for that. I had to show her and her boss repeatedly and calmly that I couldn't be held responsible for that. I did not have to pay for their mistake but no apologies/greetings nor "thank you for shopping with us" was offered.

I can only speak for their film processing. Tom quality as far as I'm concerned. I get my 35mm rolls done here, never printed, always scanned high res to a cd. Reasonable prices, high scan quality, plus they can do Ilford non-c41 BW in-house at no extra cost!

I am a professional photographer, so I am very picky about photo shops. I never do the instant prints, which are prints from machines. I always do the same day or next day ones and they use their photo processing machine. I find that they turn out only slightly more contrasty, but that is to be expected when you go from screen to print.

I would recommend placing your order in the store, as it is a little cheaper than when you place it online.

Also, my only complaint is that the shop is the size of a sardine can so it can become a bit overcrowded if you need to wait in there.

Manager / owner has a horrendous attitude with little to no regard for the sale of goods act let alone customer service. I would implore others to buy supplies from other sellers such as Merchant City Cameras/ Calumet or even Amazon. Use other services such as Boots or Jessops for printing and pay more money to use companies in Edinburgh or London for archive work. As a human being his manner is disgusting, as a customer facing owner of a business his behavior is baffling. I look forward to a conversation with his Area Manager however reading other reviews I doubt it will do much good.

I was hesitant in phoning this place after seeing the reviews, but i did anyway. I phoned for a quote on bulk scanning beer labels. Unfortunately they can only scan photographs, but the girl on the phone was very pleasant and i got the answer i was looking for without any problems.

Terrible customer service! Called hours before going down to confirm what I needed done to go to the store to be told they can't do it, waste of time and effort, not enough staff taking on too many orders that they can't keep up with!

Really rude and unhelpful old guy served me, I needed help getting photos printed from an old phone. He was very impatient with me and became insulting and rude because I was not up to date and familiar with the process involved in using their photo printing machines. I was publicly ridiculed by him and left the shop humiliated and angry. Dont go to this store unless you like being insulted.

The experience with this shop was that your passport photo could not be used after you spend a fortune. They are so unprofessional. Shadow is on your face; your head is not upright; the photo is not symmetric. If you want to get angry, Snappy Snaps is your right choice.

Poor and unhelpful customer service. Unfriendly and stingy staff or owner. You can experience all of them at the same time. They are taking photos unprofessionally and carelessly for expensive prices. Additionally, 2 us visa photos for 10 pounds. Come on! I guarantee that you can have better photos with your smart phone apps.
