Well the weather held out for another fab day at the Reivers Festival.
Some bad news though as I had some jewellery stolen from my stall. One ring would have gutted me enough but four rings is just ridiculous. I'll do a proper check tomorrow to see if anything else was missing.
I suspect the labradorite drop pendant in my cover photo is missing too, but I know about the rings because of the spaces in the ring tray I made yesterday, filled with rings this morning, some of th...em just made yesterday.
So while my fingers are still sore from making them, my time has been wasted and my faith has been shaken. You may think four rings in a tray is nothing but to me it's a weeks rent, a weeks food shop, hours of work and time away from my family that I won't get back.
For anyone else attending fairs, distraction theft seems to be a thing to worry about. Watch your stock, and take extra care. For the thief/thieves, I hope the rings are too tight, and your fingers fall off.
One of the rings missing is a large stone amber ring like the one in the photo. Another two gemstone rings in blue and a plain band make four. Just in case you're offered any.

I might be at the beginning of a serious addiction to this gorgeous jewellery. Bought a ring last week, then I went for another two and because they were lonely I had to add a bangle as well. Not available in my sizes so made up and delivered within the week all gorgeous and shiny and wonderful my only issue is that hubby won't let me have them until Christmas..... Bah humbug
