Sofology - Paisley

The attention we received from the sales consultant Irene at the Paisley store was first class and it made the purchase of our sofa a pleasant and rewarding experience.

You are not pushed to buy by overzealous sales people and basically left to your own devices, then when you are ready to ask questions the staff are very helful. It was a good buying experience. Courtesy coffee Included while you are going through the sale which is a nice touch.

Bought a couch from here 2 year ago n to say it's fit for the skip would be an understatement. I pay top premium on insurance called up to get it fixed to be told they don't cover the faults. What do u actually pay the insurance for

Ordered couch which was great but had to take identification back in to change delivery address. Went in last week with what we had been told to bring and I was advised that I hadn't brought enough in. I argued my point but the guy was adamant, said it wasnt them but the finance company. I had a 50 mile round trip so not amused when i went back in today and was told I didn't need everything I had brought in and what I had brought in last week was suffice!! A wee training issue there...

I have just recently received my aubergine corner suite from sofology and it's perfect. The delivery guys john and Ross managed to get 2 parts of the suite as my doors weren't wide enough for the corner bit, so had to get our local joiner friend to get the other part through the window. I am delighted with our suite and would recommend them to anyone. Great service all round. Thanks a lot guys.

Great to be able to look round a furniture shop without being followed by sales staff. Went into SCS (Stocking Customers Specialist) and it was a nightmare in comparison. Good range of suites, have bought from them before and will buy from them again.

I give it 1 star only because I can't give it zero. I read the web page advertising the company and I cannot see the word quality used in reference to the products. That is very honest of Sofology because quite frankly the suites are c**p. I also read somewhere about a 10 year guarantee ! That's a laugh ......steer clear of this company.
