Sole Life provides all aspects of routine Podiatry around the Glasgow area. Lauren at Sole Life is a trained reflexologist, holistic therapist and her most recent training of Laser technician. This allows treatment of fungal nails, hair and tattoo removal

Sole Life offers a range of Podiatry services, including all aspects of routine podiatry, including general nail & foot care, Diabetic foot assessment, ingrown toenails, local anesthetic, taping & strapping, trigger point therapy, medial acupuncture, Biomechanincs assessment and customised orthotic advice & fitting.

Sole Life also provide complementary therapies, designed to help alleviate aches and pains and promote an overall sense of well being in the body. Treatments include massage, reflexology & Indian head massage. All treatments can be tailored and are transferable to Podiatry, ideal as an add on to your treatment plan for the ultimate relaxation experience!

Our Podiatrist Lauren is a recent graduate from Glasgow Caledonian University, she has a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Podiatry. Lauren also boasts an HND in Complementary Therapy gained from City of Glasgow College in 2013. Lauren is HCPC registered and is a member of the Society of Podiatrists and Chiropodists. She is available on various days & times for home visits in and around the Glasgow area and has a weekly clinic at Studio 6 within Curves in Bishopbriggs.
