I am a fully insured and a registered Reflexologist, Hot Stone and Indian Head Therapist and Yoga Instructor with five 'A' grade diplomas with the School Of Natural Health Sciences.

I previously had regular reflexology to help me relax, which is where my interest started. Having been a full time housewife and mother since 2002, I decided to retrain in Holistic Therapies with a particular interest in Reflexology. I also decided to become a Yoga Instructor (another one of my passions). To which I qualified and I'm so excited to also make this a success in my business.

My practice is mainly centred in South Lanarkshire, with both private and corporate clients. With a young family and an increasingly busy client base my life is far from quiet - but to be honest, I prefer it that way.

The treatment I give is personalised depending on individual needs. My clients respond well to treatments and generally leave feeling deeply relaxed and more energised.

I am trained in first aid and am fully covered with public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
