Love working out here. Great atmosphere with none of the pretentiousness of other gyms. Ross is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as is his Mum. I'm thoroughly enjoying the training routine and Ross has given me a whole new perspective on nutrition. I'm halfway to my goal in just 6 weeks. Great service!

Excellent gym. Ross was very friendly, helpful and adapted things in order for me to carry out the exercises correctly and also when necessary to challenge me. He is very professional and knowledgable.
