CUMBRIAN PLASTICS COLLECTIONS MAY/JUNE 2018
Solway Recycling Ltd. Offer farmers both an on farm collection service for their used plastics or they can bring it to a collection site. All collection sites will run between the hours of 9.00am and 12.30pm.

£1,000 raised for My Name'5 Doddie Foundation Raising funds to aid research into Motor Neurone Disease.
On Saturday, Solway Recycling invited some customers to join them at a Hospitality day at Dumfries Saints Rugby Club. On the day, we decided to have a collection for another customer of ours Ex Rugby Internationalist Doddie Weir.

We were delighted to receive support from ALL our customers who attended on Saturday, along with Dumfries Saints Rugby Club, Biggar RFC supporters and other hospitality guests on the day:- Kingan Farms, Alec Brown & Colin Mair, Graham Plumb Centre, Richardson & Starling, David Thomson & Andy Graham, where we raised £768. We have today, decided to round the figure up to £1,000 for such a worthy cause.
A massive 'THANK YOU' to everyone who contributed, it was a great 'team' effort by all on the day.

Job Opportunity Solway are looking for a member of staff to join our workshop team. Hours of work are 7am- 4pm, Monday to Friday. The role will mainly include making products from recycled plastic using a range of power tools. Candidate will also have to deal with customers occasionally.
