Well today, seen the solway Spartans coaches go back to school, we attended Hecklegirth primary school today and gave classes from p3-p7 a taster session in boxing in aid of their health and wellbeing week. Tonight seen the club with their first aid workshop with the help of Acquired First Aid.. Well done Gemma on this excellent class tonight.. very enjoyable and very productive class, we all learned some valuable skills tonight hopefully we never need to use them. Took my 3 kids along tonight and they had a ball! Fab way of keeping fit, learning something new and having a bit of focus (along with a wee bit of fun). Friendly trainers were great with the kids...gave them lots of encouragement and positive comments which was nice as they are truly beginners. Explained everything to me too so I had no worries.... I could stay and watch which was fab. Nice to see a wide range of age and ability.... all friendly faces from where I was sat. Communication beforehand was excellent via Facebook messenger ... we will be back next week, kids are looking forward to it already - thank you!

My son Alexander absolutely loves the solway Spartans, he can't wait for Tuesday to come around again ��the coaches are awesome and do an amazing job with all who attend ��

My granddaughter attends and absolutely loves it her confidence and fitness have improved the facilities and instructors are excellent well done to all the staff and there hard work

My 6 year old son participated in the active schools Easter holiday activity run by the Solway Spartans boxing club. He really enjoyed it and is very keen to go back, the instructors were professional in their manner, disciplined, motivated and friendly. I am even thinking of joining myself to get back to my previous fitness after having my wee girl 2 years ago. It looked like a fun session for all not just the kids. Would highly recommend

Liam just started the Solway Spartans Boxing Club last week and loves it.

I recently attended a training session which was very enjoyable and a great cardio workout. Terry’s boxing expertise and coaching experience are great assets to the Club.

Had a great training session on Wednesday night, me and 2 other from Langholm Phoenix can along and we loved it from start to finish, was great to do something different and learn new stuff! Thank you very much �

Great work for anyone who wants to get fit. No big egos for the sparring, awesome gym!

Great opportunity for the town. The gym has everything you need to sharpen up your skills and get boxing fit. Everybody is welcomed and encouraged.

Great atmosphere and a really good set up, with a coach that knows his stuff. Great fitness workout!

Good fitness workout... Plenty of variation in exercises and motivation to keep going, good coaching and atmosphere... 11/10

First night there last night, seems like a great club, coaches spot on, wish it had been open fifteen years ago when I was younger. Highly recommended

Brilliant 1-1 session with Terry tonight would recommend to anyone wanting to up there game & get extra training and fitness & pushed..... The man doesn't hold back my hands are in pieces and my legs are crippled haha its hard graft but nothing comes easy... love him to bits really nice guy what sharply pinpoints your flaws and corrects them!!!!

Another excellent class, canny wait until the next one!!! Keep it going terry your doing a fantastic job!! x

Another awesome workout at the boxing tonight. Great club with a great atmosphere. Suitable for every level of fitness. Can't wait till the next session on Tuesday :-)
