Lovely salon, beautiful decor, friendly, helpful, polite staff. Ria gave me an Elemis Biotec facial, tailored to my skin's needs, and I didn't need - or want - to put makeup on after it, my skin felt that good. Was a lovely relaxing experience.

I've had laser hair removal here with amazing results after just 2 sessions, I have spent years getting ipl and was getting nowhere fast. I've also had a lovely facial which was so relaxing it was like being in a spa a million miles from home!

I was given a lovely Mothersday gift from my daughter Bryony Quate for a facial. Just left Saprano Ice and feel I'm on another planet!!! The total experience from walking into the spa boutique was excellent to say the least. My beauty therapist Ria made me feel so relaxed and her skills and techniques simply blew me away. I've had facials done before but today has been the ultimate experience. The treatment was magnificent and the neck massage. She has also given me a wealth of knowledge about the Elemis products for the future and the candles smell amazing too. I will most certainly recommend Saprano Ice to all my friends. I love coming in for my regular treatments, facials with Rhea, laser treatments with Debbie and Nails by Nataliya. My friend also has the most amazing eyebrows tattooed by Lucia and my soon to be son in law is currently getting his hairline tattoo completed by Lucia.

I have visited Soprano Ice on a few occasions. I find them very welcoming. The service is second to none and their booking service is so efficient. I had my eyebrows done by Lucia and what an amazing job she has done on them. I also treated myself to the amazing Elemis Biotec facial. Everyone should have one. The best facial I have ever had with a neck and shoulder massage thrown in. Thank you

I had an Elemis Biotec facial on Friday. What an amazing experience. Super attentive staff and my specialist, Ria, was awesome. The whole procedure from initial advice to ensure a bespoke facial, to Ultrasonic and Oxygenator (and beard oil to finish!) was a total pleasure. My face looked great and I felt great too. Highly recommend.

The facial was fantastic and extremely relaxing and I came away really please with the whole treatment. Elamis Biotec Facial, could it really plump my skin and help reduce fine lines ( lots of different types of facials available) yes the one I had certainly did. Lovely relaxing treatment from Ria. The salon is very welcoming and the rooms are lovely and relaxing. Definitely worth the drive down the M8, I will be back. Most importantly my skin is glowing and feels great. Thank you xx
