Went in there after being at Evans and they fixed my wheel so I could get home great customer service all round great shop really recommend it

Went in on off chance there would be a bike for my son and we were lucky there was a ridgeback that suited him perfectly. The two guys in the shoo that sunday were fab. Highly recommend, and I may have to visit to get my own bike soon too. Thanks guys, rhys has been on his new buke loads!

These guys have become my absolute rock for anything bike related. 2 accidents, no end of support, help and advice. They have helped with small things often with no charge and I've sent students there (adult Saudis) who they have been brilliant with. Their knowledge is always unconditional and impartial. Brilliant service and people.

Ali and the team came up with some great recommendations and sorted me out with a sweet little Squish 24. Great bike, excellent service and one very happy birthday boy. Couldn't recommend the Soul Brothers high enough and helped make for a delighted birthday boy. to quote the wee man himself "a million thank you's"

The best bike service in Edi so far. Needed an emergency fix of my front wheel, and it was sorted out professionally then and there. They even had the rare size wheels for older Raleighs, which have been difficult to come by. Someone had just crashed on my bike in the Meadows, so was a bit shaken and got offered some water and calming words. Thank you!

Super cheap quick service on my wee old bike. They also sell beautiful second hand bikes that I've got my eye on!

Soul Cycles came in the cheapest when I searched around for how to fix my rear wheel. Some shops wanted to rebuild it for £60, some wanted to sell me a new one for £60+. Soul Cycles gave me a new wheel, new tube, installed and gears adjusted for £45. They did all this on the same late afternoon I brought it in. When I came to collect it in the pouring rain they took off the front wheel and fit it into the boot of my car. Among the many excellent Edinburgh bike shops I've patronised this is one is near the top.

My bike was in a terrible state - front wheel nearly collapsing (but having a hub dynamo), worn out chain and cassette, clanking pedals... I thought my bike was was a write-off - but Nat had a look at it, and in contrast to all other bike shops who wanted to sell me new pricy bikes, he perfectly understood that I loved my bike and revived it. It's running like new again, still fits me like a glove, and all this for a fraction of buying a new bike (which in Edinburgh probably anyway would have been stolen in no time). It was great service throughout, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much - best pre-Christmas present!

Having been to 6 other bike shops in Edinburgh, this is the best by far if you want your bike fixed/serviced. The guys are passionate about bikes, and go out of their way to be helpful. Whether you're a student (many of their customers are) or not, these guys will look after you at prices way more reasonable than the bigger "chains" (excuse the pun). I can't rate them highly enough.

Great place helped my son a lot even helped him get a bike when they did not have one in stock , helped by recommending what to get and where to go , then for s low cost checked over it and fixed it ready for safe cycling , gave thank you cards as we were so impressed Anne and Andrew

Due to the amazing service from the Soul Cycles team (short notice, just rocked up!) we spent an amazing day at Glentress today in the sunshine. Nothing was any bother, friendly, great service, good value. Thanks guys

Dropped in today for a repair, wasn’t booked in but these guys did a fantastic job and was back on the road within the hour, Would highly recommend this shop

A great Local bike shop! They have done two complete rebuilds on a couple of my bikes now. They know their stuff and offered me a number of options when it came to the rebuilds to fit budget. I agree with Gavin's review below that their prices are really competitive and knowledge is way higher than the chains.
