Soul Inferno Description
Soul Inferno are a professional 6-piece events band that perform at weddings and corporate events throughout Scotland. Formed in 2004, the band has performed over 1000 shows at countless venues, castles and hotels.
Comprised of a group of six professional musicians, including a live brass section as standard, their music ranges from current hits to old classics. A 30-minute Ceilidh section can also be provided.
As well as providing their own PA, backline and general lighting rig, lead singer Marissa can also provide a DJ playlist set to take proceedings into the early hours after the band have finished their set.
In addition, lead singer Mareesa can provide the perfect soundtrack to your ceremony or drinks reception. Mareesa's beautiful interpretations of the best classic and contemporary covers tunes will captivate your guests and keep them entertained.
With Piano and lovely pure vocals, Mareesa performs some of your favourite tunes from the last 50 years all in her own unique style. The music can either be passive and laid back or more inclusive at drinks receptions with sing along classics well represented in her set.

Saturday was Marissa’s final gig with Soul Inferno! We have a bit of news for you all! After 12 happy years in Soul Inferno, our singer Marissa, will be leaving the band from the end of this year to focus on her original band- The Eves. We welcome brand new singer Cheryl Reid, who is a fantastic asset to the band and raring to go! We also said goodbye to our original drummer Chic, who is off to enjoy retirement- we wish him all the best and welcome on board our amazing new drummer, Denis!
