Train with me, Mike Rowling, 3rd Dan Black Belt, fully insured and DBS checked. I will help you achieve your goals, whether you want to get out to be social or aim to achieve your Black Belt this is the club for you. There is a wide mix of students male and female aged from 4- 60 so age is no limit, the only limit is getting through the door on your first class.

We often attend Fight shows with our own fight team when it suits, this makes for a great night out supporting each other, even if you don't want to compete its worth going along.

Insurance and membership is £25 and includes 12months insurance, and your class for that night. Costs are £16 per month for 1 class a week or £31 for 2 classes a week, there is also discounted fees for families or couples, payment is done by direct debit monthly but you are free to cancel at any time.
