Southend Radio Controlled Flying Club

Southend Radio Flying Club are a British Model Flying Association affiliated multidisciplinary flying club located in Leigh-on-sea. The airfield features a runway, helicopter and multirotor airfields and windsock within a spacious 24 hectare fly zone.

We are a friendly group of radio controlled model enthusiasts ranging from the newcomer through to experts in all types of power: electric, nitro /glow, petrol /gas.

We fly fixed wing and helicopters at our site and can offer training although we can not guarantee tuition 100% of the time.
