Southside have managed my property for almost 2 years to a high standard. Initially my property was let within the first week and when the incumbent tenants notified to leave, they had new tenants lined up to move in within two weeks - before the existing tenants moved out. They respond quickly to any issues and keep you fully up to date on how a tenancy is progressing. As I don't reside full time in Edinburgh, their level of attentiveness to my property has made the process of owning a buy to let simple and hassle free. Would highly recommend.

After my initial experience with Southside Property Management in Edinburgh, I was contacted by them with an apology about the time it had taken to return my holding deposit. Unbeknown to myself the time taken had been due to a couple of bank holidays falling within the weeks which delayed the transfer of the money on the bank's side.

I feel they offer a very commendable service with excellent customer service and communication now. Will definately be dealing with them again. Excellent.

My family recently relocated from Canada to Edinburgh. Having owned our homes in Canada, we were unsure what to expect when letting a property (let alone in another country) and I have to say that Southside has been AMAZING. We had read horror stories online about different letting agencies and I feel so fortunate to have found Southside. Our property manager, Natasha, took the time to explain anything we were unclear about in terms of our rental agreement and the process with Southside has been incredibly transparent and straightforward. They truly work for both the owners and the renters. She has been so helpful with all of my queries, I really appreciate it. Natasha responds to emails so quickly and everyone at Southside is helpful and professional. I would definitely let through them again and would recommend. The welcome hamper was a very lovely touch when we moved in to our property.

From a landlord's perspective, the service provided by Southside is nothing short of excellent - very speedy resolutions to any issues and great communication from property manager Mark Phillips.
