A few folks have asked about Sundays salad so here goes.... Ingredients 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 shallots, thinly sliced lengthwise ... salt and black pepper 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves 2 bunches watercress, thick stems discarded, coarsely chopped 5 ounces mixed salad leaves 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives 6 oz ricotta cheese, in small lumps
How to Make It Step 1 Stir the olive oil, lemon juice, shallots, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a small bowl. Finely chop half the oregano and stir into the dressing. Let stand for 10 minutes to soften the shallots.
Step 2 Meanwhile, combine the watercress and salad leaves with the tomatoes and olives. Drop lumps of ricotta cheese over the top and the remaining oregano. Serve the dressing on the side or pour over the top and serve.

We have snow in Awbridge! Thankfully the roads are clear but we need to keep an eye on parking and walking on site. Sunday's Healing and Deliverance meeting is presently going ahead. If we should need to cancel it, we will place a banner announcement on the Sozo website and also on this forum, so please check both just in case. Bless you all

We have landscapers onsite today laying a membrane in our overflow parking paddock to give us year round use. The grass will grow up through and the matting will disappear. Doubles our parking. Praise the Lord.
