It's a great all round gym. The equipment is truly for the serious bodybuilder who is looking for results.

There's also showers changing rooms and the gym is heated and very popular.

If your serious about bodybuilding and lifting weights, Spartan gym is the Mecca. The culture surrounding the gym draw you in and takes you to a new level. The people there are 1st class and the facilities are top class to match. Couldn't recommend this gym enough and can see myself being a patron for years to come.
