Great recovery session for SPASM Therapies Sponsored World Champ Archer James Tocher.. following an excellent weekend of competition. Still all aligned from last week and still cheesing after smashing his pb at the weekend today we were working on repair and recovery for the arms and shoulders .... a tad ‘nippy’ but totally awesome myofascial release using active cupping therapy. Increasing ROM of the muscles 💪🏻 pumping them for action, bringing enhanced blood supply all while giving them a well needed stretch. BOOM 💥 #SPASMfixed #SPASMsponsored

**Note to all clients** We are currently experiencing extensive noise pollution from the stadium due to their removing and re- laying a new pitch... we truely apologise for this but unfortunately it is completely out-with our control and is worse between the hours of 9am and 5pm.... so at times it can feel like we are in the centre of a demolition site. Estimated to last another few weeks 🙈 I assume with varying degrees of disturbance. On a positive note... it will drown the usual squeals that come out of the clinic. Went last Thursday, well worth the money. I intimated last week I was like a buckled wheel, after the session I could touch my toes. Had a couple of back spasms today but I put that down to being a bit looser and two hours at the driving range rather than any treatment.

Naomi knows her stuff! I feel sooo much better when i didnt even realise i was out of sorts. Top job!

Met Naomi today. I feel great after our session. Opened my eyes as to why I have felt this way for so long.

Just wanted to say thanks for your help and support over last few weeks, the treatments really did help me and helped me get through the pains and niggles I had through training camp and made sure they were gone before fight night itself. Top quality. Thanks fixer, X

Just brilliant. Naomi has helped me with niggles, aches and full blown sore bits. The lady has magic hands and is bloomin great at what she does. I've recommended a few people to her over the past few years and no one has left disappointed. 👌🏼😁👍🏼

I've been going to Naomi for treatment throughout several fight camps now and it has been a huge help in dealing the with the bumps and knocks you pick up during training. After the KCR treatments I always find

a big improvement in my balance and movement.

I would recommend Naomi for any athletes looking for quick recovery from injuries picked up in training or even just to maximise performance.

I started seeing Naomi after doing the ligaments in my ankle last year and even after intense physio she made it feel even better and got me back on the road to being able to run again, so when I injured my back later in the year she was the obvious choice to help get me over this injury aswell. Would totally recommend her to any body who has any issues or niggles and she makes it such a pleasant experience.

I found a wee gem when i visited Niomi at Spasm Therapies, spend thousands of pounds on various different treatments and nothing worked but Niomi's did. I make sure that I visit once a month and if I dont need any 'fixing' then I always get a lovely massage. Would 110% recommend xx

I can't remember the last time I stood straight! I limped in there with a walking stick and skipped out twirling said stick! I haven't fell this good in so long! Thanks Naomi you really are a miracle worker

Having real problems with neck and back to the point am in bits just doing basic daily tasks! After my first appointment a have had my first full nights sleep in months and today though still sore a feel so much pressure taken off my back aswell as being able to go out without a packet of paracetamol! Thanks to Lacy Cartwright and a look forward to tackling the rest over the next few appointments !

Had the KCR treatment done last night , unbelievable cannot recommend this highly enough - aches , pains & tightness all gone , fantastic results as soon as it was done

Had my first KCR session with my gal Lacy today - HOLY AMAZING! Wee miracle hands ��... cant recommend her enough. Also sorted me out with a deep tissue massage �

Had an amazing session this evening. Completely unlocked & chilled. Went in with usual tension in shoulders etc. All gone. �. Would thoroughly recommend Naomi. Some fabulous advice & mini biology lesson. Even though everything was explained beautifully....it still felt like some weird magic. �

Had a session of KCR and CTR with Naomi. Tightness and pain in my back has gone. Naomi explained everything that was causing this pain and what she was doing during the session. Definitely be back if any problems!

After my first visit to Spasm Therapies, I can honestly say it's the first time in 10yrs that I have been pain free. I would highly recommend this place. I am over the moon.

I will be back for top up sessions.

After 1 year of problems back and forth to the doctor I received 1 KCR treatment with SPASM Therapies and felt human again. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. I have now had at least 4 treatments over 2 years and recommend to many friends, family and clients.

A few centuries ago, Naomi would have been burnt as a witch. Happily we're in more enlightened times and her magic hands just work miracles instead.
