PROPERTY SURVEYS AND RISK ASSESSMENTS
Asbestos Property Surveys and Risk Assessments are carried out by BIOH certificated Surveyors in compliance with Health & Safety Guidance Note MDHS 100 “Surveying, Sampling, Assessment of Asbestos Containing Materials”.


BULK SAMPLES

Laboratory Analysis of Bulk Samples is carried out by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) Accredited Laboratories in compliance with Health & Safety Guidance Note 248

SPECIALIST ASBESTOS REMOVAL AND SAFE DISPOSAL

As an H. S. E. Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor, we ensure that all Specialist Asbestos Removal work is carried out in compliance with “Control of Asbestos and British Institute of Occupational Health (BIOH) 405 “Management of Asbestos in Buildings”.
Disposal of all hazardous materials is carried out in compliance with SEPA Regulations “The Specialist Waste Regulations 1996”
