I would like to take this opportunity to share my 3 years experience with Specialist Cars ŠKODA, Aberdeen.It is my first experience of buying a new car and it was great. No pressure selling, but just honest answers to any question you may have on your new purchase.To be honest I felt that I was important, absolute pleasure with friendly people. Negative what I found was a repeated problem with future services arrangements. Usually, I was told the service is busy at the moment so they give me a callback. Never happened. Eventually, I was more direct and I said I could wait on line so, after long waiting, I have got an appointment. But I have to say that the service on its own was always smooth and promptly done to my full satisfaction.The other thing what really disappoints me is that I have not been advised by the service ( as a first new car buyer ) that is my MOT due. My services were done 3 months before due and even the last day of validity...! I have not been reminded, so it would be too many expectations to be offered a MOT check appointment by this company... Luckily I remembered it at the last minute, so I went to another garage where my MOT was done still on the same day.

Avoid at all costs : bought 3 years old Skoda octavia - parking sensors not fixed as promised ( repair scheduled to take place a month after purchase ) Paid for supagard just to discover it has not been applied ! The cost of this was £299. The staff would not call when they promise. I had to make countless calls , visits and write emails just to get a simple respondse .Extremely poor communication and terible service.
