Specialist Cars Nissan Dundee

I bought a car from here in Janurary 2015 and everything has been grand up until recently when my car broke down. So the RAC came out and the car needs a new battery. This will be the second battery it has had in 2 years (the first one was just about a month after purchase). Anyway aside from that the car went into the garage on Wednesday and I was told that a curtesy car would be with me shortly if I phoned customer service, so I phoned customer service, a case report was made and a case manager assigned to me. Got to Thursday at 5pm when I got an email saying they tried to call me (I had no missed calls and I double checked my number with them on Wednesday) so I phoned them and although the email said the case manager was in until 6pm I was told she had left and that they were sorry and she would call me Friday morning and get me a curtesy car. So here we are on Friday, I waited until about 3pm to phone specialist cars in Dundee to see if they knew what was going on and they said they didn’t know and that they would phone customer services and find out and get them to phone me. So I waited until 5pm with no phone call, I phoned customer services once again and was told once again that my case manager had left and that there was nothing they could do until Monday. I have been informed my car will likely be ready by Monday so this is absolutely no use to me. I will be without a car from Wednesday until Monday maybe Tuesday. The customer service is absolutely appalling and although the staff in Dundee are helpful and friendly I will never be buying a car from these people ever again.

Brilliant sales and service I would recommend going to buy a new or second hand car from them Sharon was very helpful she has great knowledge of the cars so go and see how good the cars are well worth going and see what's on offer ask for Sharon she will do her very best to get you a car of your choice.

I have just bought a Juke from Specialist Cars, this is the third family car from there and every time the service has been impeccable. We have been treated exceptionally well and with much patience. Only been here to buy parts. No parts desk though. You are simply made to wait on the sales floor until someone calls the parts dept and they come to you. Then they go away for another 10 minutes to check stock & prices then return. Then they go away for another 10 minutes to get the parts & invoice. Nice way to force people to look at the new cars (nothing else to do for 20 minutes) but not a very nice way of handling customers in my opinion. Also, do not under any circumstances give them your registration plate, phone number or email address "just for the invoice" unless you want bombarded with marketing when your cars service/MOT is due!
