I have bought my car from Perth Nissan Specialists John Clark, and ever since I bought it I have discovered that the Turbo was broken at the time of purchase (which in fairness was changed under the warranty less than a month after the purchase), the breaks and steering wheel have been squeaking ever since I bought the car, and the clutch has not been functioning properly. All of the above have been raised in service appointments with my local Nissan dealer in Aberdeen. Furthermore, a month ago I have noticed an oil drip on the bottom of the engine. On top of that, the clutch has now been replaced, because as mentioned above it wasn't functioning properly and when further investigated it has been noticed that it was worn.

This is absolutely unacceptable! When purchasing a car from the manufacturer’s representative, you would expect a better product that has been repaired for sale and is mechanically sound, as advertised. Instead, since I bought the car in less than three month I had to go back with it at least 4 times, and I am not confident to drive it anywhere because it might break down.

We have bought an Xtrail Tekna from your Perth showroom.
Our salesman was Steven Leslie and I cant thank him enough for his care, enthusiasm & help.
My daughter bought her car there and we ended up ordering one ourselves and my son is picking up his Qashqai this week - all from Steven .

Received excellent customer service at Nissan Perth today from Brent Fraser and Paul Lovett. Knowledgable, honest and efficient. Absolutely delighted with my new car. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Only intrested if buying. Totally uninterested in after sales. Tell you we will call you back never happens. Left me waiting 45 mins with broken wipers had to drive down to dealership just to be fobbed off. Lucky was covered under warranty. We recommended a friend had to wait months after friend bought car to get the £100 and had to go in to dealership 4 tines. Once again totally unintrested and fobbed off with one excuse after another. Will buy another Nissan just not from here.

Hugely disappointing experience with Perth franchise. Communication with the customer (me) was abysmal and staff attitude in the case of one individual was downright unpleasant. Managerial staff were unwilling to do anything constructive to remedy the situation, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately I have no option to give zero stars and grudgingly have to give an undeserved one :(

Have just bought car from specialist cars Nissan in Perth, Paul the salesman was brilliant made to feel special by other members of staff as well. have bought cars at other garages with pressure sales to buy extras, no such pressure from Paul , looking forward to my new juke in the coming days. thanks to all at specialist cars, another satisfied customer

Whys there not a no star rating. Long story short. I was lied too about the motor I bought from start too finish. I have drove a total of 50 miles and it has broken down TWICE. Both times I've been treated like a fool and been blamed. After a long time arguing and getting fobbed off I got an idependent review from another nissan dealer and RAC who informed me the service history was fake and the MOT was false. Scary scary stuff coming from a nissan dealership. The motor has never been safe to drive and could have caused a serious accident. Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership has been rude, cheeky and will shout at you till they are blue in the face. I have been threatened with court and lawyers. I rejected the motor and asked for my money back, I am now being fobbed off and ignored and having spent days and days just trying to sort this out I'm getting nowhere. Nissan, this garage will end up seriously hurting someone. Please take note.
