We have a seat Alhambra and the key wouldn't unlock the car with out setting the alarm off. Rang them and was told it would need to Re sync and was told this could only be done at the dealers and was quoted £85. looked on online and found out that it tells you how to Re sync in the manual. very upset that they were going to charge me £85 and a day off work for something that I could do at home.

Absolute basic customer Service, not prepared to do that little bit extra to make you feel a valued customer... Won't be using this place again...

Took my car in for two faults on a Thursday afternoon to get them checked. Faults were that the screenwash was not working and boot lid would not release. After them "checking the fuses" and running a "basic diagnostics" which took at the least 2 hours there was apparently no faults with any fuses however the diagnostics had picked up 2 and a half pages worth of faults.

Got in my car to drive home Thursday night and had no radio, alarm, Sat Nav, 12v socket or anything (which was all working when it arrived at the dealership). It was also clear to see fuses had been moved as my dashcam had been moved from ignition fed to permanently live.

When it went back in on Friday I was told "we will phone you when we figure it out", phoned up at half 4 to be told it was in the workshop and I'd receive a phone call before they shut at 6 with and update. Needless to say I did not receive a phone call. Nor did I receive one on saturday despite me constantly phoning trying to chase it up. I went in to the garage Saturday as they were not answering phones, looked through the garage window to see my car sat in bits. Finally got a phone call Monday saying my car was ready to collect Tuesday morning.

When I went down on Tuesday morning I was greeted by the service manager trying to tell me I had a £102 bill (car was still under warranty) when I asked what this was for he read out the report and basically stated that fuses had been "moved and removed" which were clearly moved on Thursday when it went in. When asked if the replacement fuses I was being charged for powered the radio, alarm etc. I kept being met with the response of "I can't give you an explanation for that" and blatant lying saying that they hadn't touched fuses. Eventually the service manager gave up and told me "you know what, just take the car" as he didn't care (excellent customer service).

After finally getting my car back and there "electrical whizz" working on it I realised that he had wired up the fuses wrong. As he had 2 fuses powering a 12v socket which were both permanently live. I also noticed a rattle coming from behind the dashboard, when I went to clean the car I noticed that a panel had been left only held on by the door sill and the clips had been lost.

Would highly recommend avoiding this garage as far as possible. Customer service is utterly terrible, due to the fact I dealt with the service manager you would expect a reasonable level of customer service. However his attitude is terrible and will avoid using this garage in the foreseeable future and would happily take it the 7 hour round trip back to the garage the car was purchased from in order to avoid this garage.

i order a car and i pay the deposit and 3 months later i get a call and they say they ordered the wrong Car so i ask for my deposit back and they say they will process it so i can order a car elsewhere. i have not seen the deposit yet

The worst garage ever! I bring my Seat Ibiza under warranty (one and a half years old) for repair the AC and they tried to charge me the gas fill and apparently the AC has not been fixed as the it starts to fail again! I will need to fight again to get my warranty cover but unfortunately there is not an alternative SEAT dealer nearby. Also is worth to mention that I lost two trips to the garage as they had the AC machine tester broken and they did not tell me until I came to the scheduled appointment two times!

Delighted with my Leon FR! This is our first Seat and im impressed so far. David was easy to deal with and great with the kids. Would definitely recommend.
